This website is dedicated to giving you unbiased reviews on commercial catering equipment. I have worked in the restaurant industry since the 1980′s so am well aware what brands are reliable, and which are the ones to steer clear of. So I decided to give something back and set-up an informational site letting people know what to go for, or at least giving them some guidance on what restaurant equipment to buy. I know all too well how much of a nightmare it can be shopping for commercial catering equipment, SO different to domestic as I’m sure you already know!
